Sunningdale is a security housing complex situated in Eversdal. It consists of 42 free-standing face brick homes.
It was originally planned by a prominent Cape Town property development company but due to incorrect planning
the original project failed to sell when launched and was eventually on-sold to McCarthy van der Weijde. After re-designing the end-product to suit the market, the homes were all sold and constructed successfully.
